Buying a new home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. The process can be very exciting, it can also be overwhelming. Whether you are buying or selling a home, having a home inspection will give you knowledge, piece of mind and help to assure a smooth transaction.

A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of the condition of the home, often in connection with the sale of the property by a trained and certified Home Inspector. The inspector prepares and delivers to the client a report of findings. The client can then use this knowledge to make informed decisions about the pending real estate purchase. The home inspector describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection but an inspector cannot guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of the systems or components.

You are encouraged to be present at the time of the home inspection and welcome to follow along with your inspector as the inspection is performed. A home inspection will range from 2-3 hours long, depending on the size of the home.
